If you have purchased a “hard good” (for example, a lure or other tangible product) from American Gun Owners Association (AGOA) or any related brands, you may receive a limited refund if you comply with the following conditions:

1. You must request a refund in writing by contacting mark@agoabuyersclub.com;

2. Your request for a refund must be made within thirty (30) days of your purchase;

3. You must return the hard goods to AGOA immediately, according to the shipping and other instructions you will receive by email after requesting a refund;

4. The hard goods must be returned to AGOA in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in AGOA’s sole, reasonable discretion.

Where we offer you a free trial of the AGOA, such free trial will start immediately after your registration and continue for the free trial offer period as indicated on the Website at the time you register. Free trial subscriptions are only available to new subscribers of the AGOA and for the limited periods as set out on the Website. Previous subscribers or those subscribers who have already benefited from a free trial subscription to the AGOA do not qualify for a further free trial period.

If you do not want to continue your subscription after your free trial comes to an end, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your free trial period ends by submitting a cancellation request to us via our support email address mark@agoabuyersclub.com. If you do not contact us at least 24 hours before your free trial period ends to cancel, your subscription will automatically continue and the payment card that you provided at the time of enrollment online will be charged the full AGOA monthly membership subscription rate provided at the time of enrollment each month until you cancel. The AGOA can change the monthly membership subscription rate at any time. If the membership subscription rate changes after you subscribe, we will notify you by e-mail and give you an opportunity to cancel.

 

If you wish to cancel your AGOA subscription at any time after a free trial or discounted period ends, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address mark@agoabuyersclub.com. For monthly subscriptions, we require at least ten (10) days’ notice of cancellation by e-mail. If you provide such notice less than ten (10) days before the first day of your next subscription month, your credit card may still be charged. You will not be entitled to pro-rate your last month’s use, nor will you be entitled to any refund for any payments to the AGOA. 

 

An AGOA user is responsible for paying all sums due to the AGOA in connection with their monthly subscription in accordance with these Terms. The first fee payable in accordance with these Terms is due when the user account is set up and payment of the monthly fee is a condition of access, or after your free trial ends and you have not canceled the automatic subscription with us. Every calendar month, your account will be charged the subscription fee plus applicable tax for the following month’s subscription, together with any other fees for the following month’s subscription plus any accumulated charges for the past period (collectively, “Fees”). Failure by the AGOA user to use any of the services available through the service provided by the AGOA does not relieve the AGOA user of their payment obligations under these Terms. 

 

Potential users can pay by credit card or debit card. Payment details shall be collected by us through our secure financial data collection mechanism. You acknowledge and agree that we hold data relating to the transaction, including the last four digits and the expiration date of the card used to purchase the products or services together with details on when payment is due. You further acknowledge and agree that payments are due on a recurring basis in accordance with the payment terms for the specific service purchased (unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms) and therefore authorize the automatic payment collection terms applicable to that specific service (e.g., on a monthly basis and for a specific amount).  

The AGOA reserves the right to immediately terminate a user’s account and/or service for any unpaid (in whole or part) period of the subscription (with or without notice). Termination of service in no way relieves or excuses the user from any obligation to pay outstanding charges or expenses. In the event the AGOA starts collection processes of any type, you will be liable for all collection costs, including legal fees and expenses.

From time to time, AGOA may revise, amend or otherwise change these Terms without prior notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically for changes. You agree that your use of the Services after the effective date of such change will constitute your consent to the revised, amended, or otherwise changed Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services. 

AGOA provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal and non-sub-licensable license to use the Site. Accordingly, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose. You must not obscure, alter, remove or delete any copyright or other proprietary notices contained in the Services. You will not copy, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise create derivative works of any of the Services obtained from the Site. You warrant that you will not attempt or assist others to attempt or actually reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of and access to the Site, Services, and Software. 

You understand and agree that AGOA may modify, terminate, suspend, or otherwise adjust any and all aspects of the Services at any time without prior notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that if AGOA disables access to your account for non-payment or other material breach of the Terms, you may be prevented from accessing the Services, your account details or any files or other content which is contained in your account. 

As part of the registration process, you are required to create a AGOA account (“Account”) and provide certain information including, but not limited to, your name, the business name, address, phone number, credit card, and email address. You agree that any registration information you give to https://agoabuyersclub.com will always be accurate, correct and up to date. You are responsible for creating a secure password and protecting the Account from unauthorized access. You will be held responsible for any activity that occurs under your Account. You are solely responsible for any and all activity that occurs on or through your Account. You agree to notify AGOA immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or password or any other breach of security. AGOA may access your Account from time to time to provide you assistance with technical or billing issues or in order to maintain or improve the Services. 

Certain features of the Site or the Services are associated with charges or fees. All charges and fees are listed in U.S. Dollars unless expressly identified otherwise. You agree to pay any applicable charges and fees associated with your use of the Services. To access the parts of the Services that are associated with charges and fees, you must provide requested details and follow applicable billing procedures. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provided and that the information provided by you is true and accurate. AGOA accounts are billed in advance.

You may use the data/content collected and displayed from your use of the Service solely for informational purposes. You understand and acknowledge that such data/content may not be exhaustive and the analysis of the data/content is based on what third-party data sources provide to AGOA. The data/content is based on publicly available data/content and AGOA does not verify the accuracy of data/content provided by such third parties. Any use of the data/content except as specifically described herein is strictly prohibited. In addition, the data/content collected and displayed may require access to third party sites and such third parties may prevent AGOA from generating such data/content. Furthermore, government regulations and/or compliance with applicable laws may prevent AGOA from using certain data/content or providing it to you. You agree that you shall evaluate and bear all risks associated with the Services, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or integrity of such Services. By using the Site and Services, you represent and warrant that you have such knowledge and experience in financial and business matters that you are capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the information made available in the Site and Services, and make effective use of the Services provided by AGOA. You acknowledge that the Services are made available to you without any warranties of any kind. By using the Services you understand and agree that your use of the Services is at your sole discretion and risk. You must not create multiple accounts for disruptive or abusive purposes, or with overlapping use cases. Mass account creation may result in suspension of all related accounts. Please note that any violation of these Terms of Service is cause for permanent suspension of all accounts. 

You may cancel the Services at any time, with or without cause. You understand and accept that by canceling the Services: i) you may be obligated to pay all charges made to your billing account up to the time of cancellation; ii) you may lose access to and use of your Account and any Services and Services credits contained therein. You acknowledge and agree that AGOA may terminate your Account for cause with or without prior notice to you. Cause for termination includes but is not limited to infringement or violation of the Terms, partial or complete discontinuance of the Services and/or Site, extended periods of inactivity on your Account, request to do so by law, and non-payment of fees or charges owed by you to AGOA. Cancellation or termination of your Account will result in immediate cessation of access to the Services, and deletion of your Account and all Services contained therein. All terminations are at the sole discretion AGOA, and you agree that AGOA shall not be liable to you or any third party as a result of Account termination.

You acknowledge and agree that the Site and Services are the exclusive property of AGOA and except as may be otherwise provided herein, AGOA does not grant any express or implied right in them to you. You agree not to remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary rights notices (including copyright and trademark notices) which may be affixed to or contained within the Site. AGOA owns the copyright for the Site as a compilation, and all Services accessible from the Site. All content included on the Website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, and software, is the property of AGOA or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
